1. Payment Policy at Urbania Ahmedabad Cab

To confirm your required services, a minimum 50% advance deposit is mandatory. You can make this payment online or via bank transfer using the details shared below. This advance is necessary to hold your booking on your selected travel date.

Bookings made at the last minute will also be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment from the guest.

The remaining balance must be paid during the course of the travel services. This can be done via cash, card, or online transfer.

2. Online UPI Payment

We accept instant online transfers for advance payments. This is the fastest and most convenient way to confirm your booking from anywhere.

Our supported UPI apps include:

• Paytm

• Google Pay (GPay)

You can scan our shared QR codes to complete the payment. Once the transaction is successful, please share the payment receipt on WhatsApp. After verification, we will send you a confirmation email.

3. Payment by PayPal

We accept PayPal for advance tour payments. It is a secure and widely used online payment method preferred by global users.

If you choose PayPal, an additional 5.0% handling fee will be applied to the total amount. This is especially applicable for international guests due to transaction processing charges. The exact additional amount will be reconfirmed by our travel experts at the time of payment.

We accept MasterCard and Visa for both advance and on-tour payments. You can pay using either debit or credit cards.

For payments made via credit card, a small banking processing fee will be applicable. The exact service charge will be informed and reconfirmed by our team at the time of payment.
